Maryane Gingras

Maryane is the founder of Solution Santé + and the person behind the clinic’s human, structured and personalized vision. A massage therapist since 2018, she has expanded her expertise through kinesitherapy, prenatal massage, cupping and musculoskeletal mobilization techniques.

Her competitive dance background gives her a strong understanding of posture, movement, exertion, muscular compensation and recovery. Her approach is based on active listening, respect, personalized care and a deep commitment to helping every client feel supported in their body.

Laurie Emmanuelle Parent

Elvin Amirov

Elvin Amirov brings a comprehensive, person-centered approach to manual care. His clinical experience and background in medical radiologic technology have strengthened his understanding of anatomy, body mechanics and assessment.

His approach is precise, calm and tailored to the person in front of him. He works with clients experiencing discomfort such as lower back pain, back tension, neck tension, sciatic nerve discomfort, postural imbalances, jaw tension, headaches, stress-related tension and mobility restrictions.

He works with clients who want to feel more comfortable in their bodies, improve their mobility and better understand the habits that may contribute to tension. Fayez

Massage Therapist and Kinesitherapy Student

During a session with me, you will benefit from a range of approaches tailored to your needs: deep-tissue techniques, myoactive stretching, foot reflexology, cupping, gua sha, trigger points and lomi lomi. Everything is performed with the appropriate pressure to effectively target tension and discomfort.

After completing my Swedish massage training, I continued my studies in kinesitherapy to deepen my knowledge and provide high-quality care. Once this training is complete, I also plan to pursue orthotherapy training to further refine my practice. The therapeutic side of massage therapy truly changed my life.As a very active person, I pushed my body to perform for many years, which led to various aches and injuries. I then had to see a therapist to release the tension and blockages that prevented me from fully enjoying my daily life. That feeling of freedom and well-being is now what I want to offer every client who comes to my table. It is also what motivated me to study massage therapy: to share this sense of well-being with others.

Anthony Horth

Kinesiologist

My name is Anthony Horth. I hold a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the Université de Sherbrooke, along with a specialization in manual therapy. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree and am in the process of writing my thesis. My university training has allowed me to develop expertise in movement assessment, exercise prescription, physical conditioning, rehabilitation and manual therapy. Before becoming a kinesiologist, I played football for 17 years, including with the Vert & Or of the Université de Sherbrooke. This experience as an athlete gave me a better understanding of the demands of performance, the challenges associated with injuries and the importance of appropriate support when returning to training or sport.

Today, I work with people who want to reduce pain or discomfort, regain their physical abilities, return to training, improve their lifestyle habits or optimize their athletic performance. My approach combines manual therapy, exercise prescription and personalized training.

I believe that every person has different circumstances and goals. My role is therefore to provide individualized support based on science, education and the development of autonomy, in order to build tomorrow’s performance today.

Lucie

Massage Therapist, Kinesiologist and Orthotherapist

Passionate about human biomechanics and precision of movement, Lucie has worked in manual therapy since 2018. Driven by a desire to provide focused, lasting support, she quickly expanded her training by completing her kinesitherapy program in 2019, followed by orthotherapy in 2020.Her approach stands out for its comprehensive analysis of the body based on muscular and myofascial chains. Rather than focusing solely on the area of immediate discomfort, Lucie works to identify and release postural compensations, mechanical imbalances and mobility restrictions that perpetuate chronic tension.

In her clinical practice, she combines a variety of specialized therapeutic tools, including cupping therapy, maderotherapy and gentle mobilizations, to release tissue adhesions, promote effective decompression and restore the body’s natural fluidity.

Attentive, thorough and caring, Lucie emphasizes a trusting relationship and a strong understanding of the human body and muscular chains to help every client regain comfort, range of motion and freedom of movement in daily life.
